Tickets and Passes 

 

• All Prism passes must be purchased through Ticket-web or any Authorized agent that we promote or list. Our official ticketing platforms are TicketWeb and Ticket Master.  

 

• Pass holders will need to redeem their passes at the Welcome Centre. More details will be sent to pass holders closer to the festival. 

 

• Only the person who purchased the Prism Festival pass(s)  will be required to pick up the pass(s) for them self and any additional passes for their group at the Welcome Centre. 

 

• Individual tickets will be sold for individual events closer to the Festival date. Tickets may be available at the door based on capacity - except for Resist. 

 

• Prism Events Group is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or fake passes or tickets. Resale is prohibited and We are not responsible for any passes or tickets you have acquired outside of the authorized ticketing companies. 

 

Access to Events and Safety 

 

• You must be 19+ with a valid Government issued photo Identification to enter all events. 

 

• You must present your valid ticket or Prism Pass to enter each event.

 

• The Gold and VIP pass include all events. The Silver pass excludes - Resist (Monday morning at Nest)

 

• There are no in’s and outs of any of the events - The pass will grant you 1 single entry into the event. 

 

• Everyone is subject to a Security Check, including bags checks for the safety of all patrons and staff. Prohibited items will not be allowed inside venues. 

 

• It is forbidden to enter the festival with illegal substances, alcohol, drinks or liquids, audio and video recorders, weapons or dangerous items. 

 

• The Organizer/Venue Managment reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone whose attitude could be considered offensive and violent or show symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances

 

 

Other general information 

 

• All indoor Venues will have coat check open.

 

• As a condition of entry, you agree to be filmed or photographed for future promotional material. 

 

• Please remember to remain hydrated and take breaks!
